Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in LaGrange, GA. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements include 1 year LTC RN experience, active GA RN license, and current BLS/CPR. ACLS is preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered by Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent RN experience in long-term care.
• Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor changes to ensure well-being.
• Develop and update personalized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise nursing staff and educate residents and families.
• Document care and patient progress in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
