Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This 13-week assignment starts 10/12/2026 and requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour night shifts.

The RN will provide skilled nursing care in a LTC facility, oversee care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient status, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in long-term care.
• Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and monitor changes.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and medications.
• Document care provided and patient progress in medical records.
