AdventHealth is hiring Registered Nurses for flexible contract assignments across facilities. The StaffFlex program offers opportunities to work at one facility or float across multiple hospitals in 9 states, with guaranteed hours and competitive pay of $65 per hour.

We seek experienced nurses with an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license, and CPR/BLS certification. 36 hours per week, with potential to convert to permanent staff within our system.

Formación

• RN license required.
• 2+ years nursing in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Implements plan of care safely and documents actions.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
