Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing in Fishersville, VA seeks a Labor and Delivery RN for a 26-week travel assignment. The nurse will monitor laboring patients, assist with delivery, and provide postpartum care, while collaborating with obstetricians and the care team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal health.
• Administer medications and treatments per obstetric nursing standards.
• Assist during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.
• Provide postpartum care and patient education.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
