Job summary

Alliance Services, Inc. seeks a Travel RN - Labor and Delivery in Sheboygan, WI for a 12-week assignment. You will work 36 hours weekly across day and night shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation and a targeted patient ratio in a Level IV facility. Start date 10/19/2026, EPIC experience preferred.

Requires 2+ years in LDRP, BLS/NRP, and fetal monitoring skills. First-time travelers welcome. We offer top pay, lodging/meal stipends, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring.
• Care for patients 32 weeks and above, majority lower risk.
• Patient ratios: 1:1 laboring, 1:2 active labor, 1:3 couplets.
• RN will continue care post-delivery in the same room.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in a 12-bed LDRP unit.
• Monitor fetal status and manage epidural/analgesia.
• Administer IV fluids and Pitocin as ordered.
• Perform cervical exams and newborn assessments.
• Support postpartum transition and discharge planning.
