Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Redwood City, California. The role focuses on obstetric care in a hospital setting, including high-risk and normal laboring patients, with night shifts.

The ideal candidate is an RN with BLS/NNRP certification and 1 year of recent L&D experience; Bachelors degree and extensive high-risk L&D experience are preferred. This position offers competitive pay and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience in labor and delivery.
• High-risk labor and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-risk obstetric patients and monitor fetal/m maternal status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies using appropriate protocols with competency in L&D procedures.
