Job summary
Cross Country Nurses seeks a Travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Walnut Creek, California. You will work 12-hour nights, providing high-risk obstetric care and supporting mothers and newborns in a fast-paced labor and delivery unit.
Requirements include 1 year of L&D experience, RN license in the state, graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS and NRP certifications. Travel benefits include housing options, health insurance, 401(k), and travel reimbursement.
Qualifications
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Labor and Delivery
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse license (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Five (5) plus years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery (must have occurred within the last two (2) years)
- One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years
- High Risk Obstetrics (OB) experience preferred
