Job summary

Cross Country Nurses in Seattle, WA is seeking a Travel RN for Labor and Delivery to support high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 48 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and requires a compact state license within 50 miles of the facility.

Responsibilities include direct patient care during labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, assisting with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, postpartum care, and documentation in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the United States required.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred (1 year minimum).
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN as listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for high-risk obstetric cases during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to abnormal patterns.
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries and postpartum care.
• Document patient information accurately in the EPIC system.
