Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Williston, North Dakota. The role involves float duties across hospital departments including Med/Surg and ER, with a 12-hour day shift and 36 hours per week.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, intermediate fetal monitoring, and 2 years of clinical experience. ACLS/NRP are preferred. Orientation includes 3 shifts and cross-department float as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license; BLS certification; Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification; 2 years of relevant clinical experience; eligible to submit licenses; location within 50 miles of the facility.
• Preferred: ACLS and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Labor and Delivery care including interpreting fetal strips and following AWHONN guidelines.
• Float across Med/Surg and Emergency Departments as needed.
• Titrate drips (Pitocin, insulin, magnesium) and monitor patients.
• Read fetal strips and document per MEDITECH; adhere to quality metrics.
