Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Midlothian, Virginia. This role covers a 16-week assignment with 36 hours per week, consisting of 12-hour night shifts.

The travel RN will hold an Active RN License and a nursing degree from an accredited program, with BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS/AWHONN certifications and at least 18 months of recent acute care L&D experience. Travel benefits and client-specific requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for women before, during, and after delivery
• Monitor mother and newborn vital signs during labor and birth
• Identify high-risk conditions and respond promptly
• Educate and support families postpartum and during recovery
