Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and travel employment through MedPro Healthcare Staffing.

The candidate must hold an active RN license, possess a nursing degree from an accredited program, and have 18 months of recent acute care L&D experience, plus BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS and AWHONN certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for women before, during and after delivery
• Monitor mother and baby vital signs during birth
• Identify high-risk conditions and intervene as needed
• Educate and support mothers and families after delivery
