Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Oklahoma City is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor and Delivery to join a top client on a 13-week assignment starting 09/28/2026. You will work 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, delivering safe, compassionate care to mothers and newborns across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum stages.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, and BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/AWHONN certifications, plus 18 months of recent L&D acute

Qualifications

Active RN license is required.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications required.
Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Labor & Delivery setting.

Responsibilities

Provide care for women before, during and after delivery.
Monitor mother and newborn vital signs and identify high-risk issues.
Educate families and support with perinatal care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
