Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Waterloo, IA. Start ASAP with 36 hours per week on a night shift, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements include 1 year of L&D RN experience, active RN license, BLS, and NRP certification. Preferred certs include AWHONN, STABLE, and ACLS. Join a dedicated clinical team and make a positive impact on obstetric patients.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Valid RN license in the state where assignment is located.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health; monitor labor progress.
• Administer medications and provide appropriate obstetric care.
• Assist in delivery and cesarean procedures as needed.
• Provide postpartum care and patient education.
• Document care and communicate with the care team.
