Job summary
Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery in Bozeman, Montana. This 13-week travel assignment starts 09/28/2026, with weekly pay between 2,521 and 2,621 USD and guaranteed 36 hours per week. The role requires hospital-based obstetric care in a high-acuity setting and collaboration with the care team.
The package includes travel support and 24/7 recruiter assistance. Start date and contract length are fixed; on-call duties may apply.
Qualifications
- Must hold Montana RN licensure and active BLS.
- NRP provider certification required; re-cert every 2 years.
- Fetal monitoring certification; ACLS preferred.
- Lactation nursing certs accepted in lieu of some requirements.
- 2 hours cerebrovascular education may be required.
Responsibilities
- Circulate during labor and delivery and be willing to float to Mother Baby and care for newborns.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, newborn care and lactation support.
- Assess patient needs, plan care, and implement interventions to achieve outcomes.
- Monitor fetal status and respond to obstetric emergencies with the team.
- Document care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
