MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Decatur, Texas. Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in Interventional Radiology setting.
• Other client facility requirements to be determined.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide education to patient and family members.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines.
• Administer medications including moderate sedation.
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
• Oversee safety and comfort of patient before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring.
