Qualifications

• RN in specialty; one year in specialty minimum
• Current state nursing license
• Appropriate certifications as needed for the position
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medications, specimens and clinical treatments
• Monitor and document patient condition and communicate with care team
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age and condition
• Advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being
