Qualifications

• RN with a minimum of 1 year in ED or specialty
• Allied staff with 6 months experience considered for other roles
• Degree in corresponding specialty as required
• Appropriate certifications and licensure as needed for the position

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments
• Monitor and document patient condition and communicate with care team
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfer and discharge
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age and condition
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being
