Conway Hematology Oncology is seeking a Travel RN Infusion - Transition Associate to support multiple AON clinics across the United States. This remote position requires extensive travel (>75%) and offers a competitive salary range.

The role emphasizes documentation in OncoEMR, safe administration of chemotherapy, patient education, and effective telephone triage. Candidates should have RN license, CPR/BLS, and hematology/oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with multistate license required; may need additional state licenses.
• Current CPR & BLS certifications required; OCN preferred.
• 3 years’ hematology/oncology clinic/hospital experience.
• Strong EMR software knowledge and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Document treatments accurately in OncoEMR and ensure charges captured.
• Safely administer chemotherapeutic agents per guidelines; dispose of waste properly.
• Educate patients and families about medications and side effects; provide counseling.
• Triage calls and messages; prioritize urgent vs non-urgent cases.
• Lead onboarding and training for new staff; maintain compliance with policies.
