Job summary

Hematology Oncology of Indiana PC is seeking an RN Infusion - Transition Associate (Travel) to support clinics across the United States. This remote, full-time role requires extensive travel (>75%) to AON locations, delivering IV therapies, education, and coordination per OncoEMR guidelines.

You will train staff, supervise onboarding, and ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate holds a multistate RN license, CPR/BLS, and hematology/oncology experience,

Qualifications

• RN with multistate license required; additional state licenses may be needed.
• Current CPR & BLS certifications required; OCN preferred.
• 3+ years of hematology/oncology clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of EMR software and charting practices.

Responsibilities

• Document treatment in OncoEMR with accurate charges.
• Administer chemotherapy per physician orders and safety guidelines.
• Educate patients and families about medications, side effects, and treatment plans.
