Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Infusion Center position requiring CA RN licensure and chemotherapy administration experience. The role includes 4x10 hour day shifts, infusion center care, and travel-friendly terms.

Requirements include active CA RN license, BLS, ONS/ONCC chemotherapy cert, Epic EMR proficiency, and references. Local candidates are considered at travel rates; prior travel experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license in-hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted).
• BLS certification required.
• Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Chemotherapy administration experience required.
• Epic EMR experience documented in work history.
• Two supervisor references required.

Responsibilities

• Infusion Center setting administering chemotherapy and other infusion therapies.
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Works Tuesday through Friday with every other weekend required.
• Epic EMR used, experience required.
• Provide chemotherapy administration and infusion therapy to patients in an outpatient infusion center.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates.
• Previous permanent staff must be separated for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred, with no RTO within the first two weeks of the assignment.
• Prior travel experience is required to apply.
