Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. You will deliver individualized nursing care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license (multistate if NLC), and obtaining department competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license if in an NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
