Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments across sites, including Ray, North Dakota. Contracts run for 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, and implementing care plans across diverse settings.

You will collaborate with physicians and other professionals, practicing within licensure standards, and support underserved communities through travel staffing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned location and obtain necessary certifications and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver patient-centered care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions across all phases of care.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to state licensure and professional standards.
• Providing care for diverse patient populations, addressing preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up needs.
