Job summary

Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel staffing assignments. You will provide nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care across the patient care continuum.

The RN will coordinate care, patient education, triage and related nursing interventions, under standard practice guidelines. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend and receive Sanford benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencwrapped RN license where practice occurs.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
