Job summary

Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments. You will deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care.

The role requires at least 1 year of RN experience and at least 6 months of travel experience, with a 60-mile distance from the site. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options. Weekly pay, benefits, and total rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA) and hold an unencumbered RN license.
• Current RN license in state or multistate (NLC) status; maintain required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Ensure practice within Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
