Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids seeks experienced Registered Nurses for its FirstChoice mobile staffing program. Premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility are offered, with assignments across hospital settings, including float to multiple locations.

Shifts include day and night, with 13-week contracts and 3x12 hour shifts. Nationwide and regional opportunities are available, with credentials and ongoing education supported.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc.); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge/experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
