Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position in South Dakota. The role requires an active SD or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years ICU experience. Pediatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include ICU nursing in a hospital setting with 12-hour night shifts (3x12s, 36 hours/week), rotating weekends/holidays, and no on-call duties. First-time travelers may be considered; flu vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Active SD or compact RN license currently in hand.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Flu vaccination documentation required with no personal or medical declinations permitted; religious declinations reviewed by the facility.

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule with true rotating 12-hour shifts, 3x12s, 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients.
