As Travel RN, you will lead clinical care on your assigned shift, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and supervise other nursing staff. This position supports admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency responses while maintaining resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and act as clinical leader on your shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Supervise CNAs, QMAs, and other nursing staff on duty.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Support admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency responses.
