Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Travel RN to provide direct resident care and act as the clinical leader on assigned shifts across Iowa facilities. You’ll have autonomy to select shifts and travel within the state while remaining close to home.

Position offers flexible scheduling, immediate impact on resident care, and opportunities to work in long-term and skilled care settings. Licensure, CPR, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition.
• Supervising CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other assigned nursing staff.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.
• Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans.
