Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care on assigned shift.
• Serve as clinical leader for the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Supervise CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Support admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.
• Ensure care aligns with resident care plans.
