Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing across our health system. These part-time, day-shift roles offer flexible assignments in various hospital settings, with premium pay and travel opportunities within Michigan.

Start date ASAP with 4x10-hour shifts, weekly gross rate of $3560, and routes that may involve nationwide regional possibilities. Compensation reflects mobility and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable, take on new responsibilities, and manage priorities.
