Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time, night shift assignments across hospitals in the region. RNs float across units and facilities, delivering patient care under standard nursing processes and maintaining licensure.

This mobile staffing solution offers premium pay, daily pay options, and opportunities for travel or per diem assignments, with support for credential reimbursement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Follow professional practice standards: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement initiatives.
