Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team in Montana. You will ensure resident care remains high-quality, develop and implement nursing care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to coordinate treatment.

The role requires an active RN license, SNF/LTC experience, and a commitment to resident welfare. Flexibility in work hours and strict adherence to safety regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS and TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitors assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
