Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing. RNs will float across hospital locations within the system to provide flexible, premium compensation.

The role requires a valid RN license and at least two years of clinical experience in relevant specialties, with credentials such as ACLS/TNCC/PALS as required. Flexibility, independence, and collaboration with care teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float between Loyola University of Medical Center, MacNeal Hospital and Gottlieb Memorial Hospital.
• Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate per professional standards.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge & experience.
• Delegate decisions & outcomes; maintain accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to quality & improvement outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
