Job summary

Centurion Health in Cumberland, MD is seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at North Branch Correctional Institution. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of nursing leadership.

This role requires MD RN licensure, CPR/BLS, ability to obtain security clearance, and willingness to travel within Maryland for assignments of 12-hour evenings with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team under Nursing Director/Supervisor guidance.
• Manage patient needs and assess/respond to physical, psychological and social requirements.
• Work three 12-hour evening shifts (6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with rotating weekends/holidays.
