Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Evansville, Indiana. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts during a 13-week engagement, providing critical care in a high-volume ED environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program, with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC potentially required for certain placements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC may be required in some positions.
• 18 months of recent ER Acute Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients’ physical and mental health.
