Job summary

FirstChoice - Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution seeks experienced Registered Nurses for short- and long-term assignments across the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities.

Part-time night-shift positions offer premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem options, and daily pay. Locations include Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, with licensing/certification reimbursement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge/experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new ideas while managing competing priorities.
