Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This role offers premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility, with opportunities to work across multiple hospital locations and regions nationwide.

As a travel RN, you will float where needed, maintain licensure, and provide high-quality care in diverse settings. Start ASAP with rotation through day shifts and 3x12 schedules; enjoy per diem and license/certification reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure required in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new ideas and handle competing priorities.
• Embrace cultural differences while managing workload.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

RN licensure in applicable state(s)

18+ months clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU

2+ years clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health

BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications (AHA)
