Job summary

You will administer care in a hospital setting, coordinate with care teams, and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing. Requires RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes.
• Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and assesses patient care needs.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based care plans and implements them safely.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and follows safety and handoff protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
