Demonstrates critical thinking, documents patient data, administers medications, and collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. RN licensure, BLS, and acute hospital experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and be in good standing.
• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support certification required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients per plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient data and coordinate with care teams.
• Ensure patient safety and handoff communication.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
