Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for our Emergency Department travel assignment in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of ER experience and hold a VA license or compact license, with TNCC, CPI, NIH Stroke, BLS and ACLS current and valid.

This role requires 7:00 AM-7:00 PM day shifts, travel housing allowances, and additional benefits. First-time travelers may be considered; strong references and clean work history are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or compact license required.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; valid with no expiring within 30 days.
• TNCC certification required.
• CPI certification required or facility-approved equivalent.
• NIH Stroke Certification required.
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration.
• One professional reference (two for Florida and Missouri).
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• ER department nursing role on day shift.
• Day shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
