American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift in Alabama. Active AL or compact RN license required, plus 1–2 years of ED experience and BLS certification. Night shifts run 7pm–7am.

Travel nurses may receive a housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements, and a comprehensive benefits package; up to date CEUs and a per-diem subsidy are available. Candidates should be able to meet travel requirements, no gaps longer than 90 days, and be willing to

• BLS and other relevant certifications required, none expiring within 30 days of start
• 1-2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Emergency Services department within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the past 2 years
