Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a 13-week night assignment at a free-standing ED in Grand Prairie, TX. The role requires TNCC, CPI, NIH Stroke, BLS, ACLS, and an active TX license with at least 1 year ER experience.

The position features a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule with travel housing support, per diem, licensure and travel reimbursements. Candidates outside a 50-mile radius are preferred for this travel opening.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted).
• TNCC certification required.
• CPI certification required for ER units.
• NIH Stroke Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the ER specialty.
• No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in a free-standing emergency department (Grand Prairie FSED).
• 13-week travel assignment.
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility - local candidates will not be considered.
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration.
• One professional reference required.
