MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ED assignment in Salem, Virginia. The position runs for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour night shifts as a travel role.

The ED RN will deliver high‑quality emergency care, including triage and rapid stabilization, while meeting licensing and degree requirements. Travel benefits, weekly pay, housing options, and health coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Perform triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
• Provide Emergency Room care to patients requiring emergency attention.
