Job summary

TotalMed RN in Winston-Salem, North Carolina is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED). The assignment is 13 weeks, starting 10/12/2026, with nights on a 12-hour shift and 36 hours per week.

Clinically, the unit handles high-acuity trauma with potential float to the ED Transition Care Unit and requires BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC certs and 2 years of experience (3+ years if first-time traveler from a Level 1 trauma center).
