Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz - Aurora is seeking a full-time Emergency Department RN for days shifts. This role offers a pay rate of $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend and requires CO RN license or eNLC privileges, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC, and TNCC/ATCN, as well as BLS with card in-hand before start date.

13-week assignments available. The selected candidate will provide top-of-scope direct patient care, work within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to evidence-based practice in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct patient care experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN certifications.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level I Emergency Department setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care.
• Implement nursing process and maintain patient safety and quality of care.
• Precept or mentor new staff to promote professional development.
