Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz - Aurora seeks an experienced RN for the Level I Emergency Department. Full-time, days, 72 hours per pay period, with 13-week assignments. Provides direct patient care using the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced ED.

Qualifications include CO RN or eNLC, 1 year of experience, ACLS/NIHSS/PALS or ENPC/TNCC or ATCN, and BLS. Travel package/stipend offered; open to ongoing employment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1 year of nursing experience
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross CPR Professional Rescuer) before start date

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in ED utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes
• Welcomes new knowledge in a fast paced, innovative clinical environment
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care
• Emergency Department care up to level 1 trauma designation
