Solutions By Sanford is seeking an RN for travel staffing at Sanford Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The nurse will deliver individualized care using the nursing process, coordinate with physicians, and participate in ongoing patient education and care planning.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Requires an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and continued competency maintenance; compensation includes a starting hourly

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board; multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
