Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join travel staffing opportunities at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role centers on delivering individualized nursing care using the nursing process and coordinating with a broad care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate license (NLC).
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient education, triage and other nursing interventions as needed.
