Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN CVOR in Richmond, VA for a 13-week, on-site contract starting 9/30/2026. Day shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 13 weeks, at Levinson Heart Hospital CVOR on 4th floor.

Must have CVOR experience, proficiency scrubbing cardiac bypass, and the ability to take call. Advanced skills include thoracic surgery, DaVinci-assisted procedures, ECMO and VATS. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RN license.

Qualifications

• CVOR experience is required.
• Proficiency in scrubbing cardiac bypass cases.
• Ability to take call is required.
• Experience with DaVinci-assisted procedures is preferred.
• Experience with ECMO procedures is a plus.

• Proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass

• Experience with procedures involving the mediastinum

• Thoracic surgery experience, including DaVinci-assisted procedures

• Open thoracotomy experience

• VATS procedures

• Experience with procedures initiating ECMO

• Pericardial window procedures

• Ability to take call
