Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to rotate across Mayo Clinic sites in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin as patient care needs dictate. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care.

New graduate pathways exist through the Nurse Residency Program. The role requires flexibility, travel, and licensure across multiple states. TN sponsorship is available; visa requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or in candidacy with ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognition.
• If graduated from a non-ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA program, at least one year RN experience in an applicable care setting is required.
• One year of RN experience in PCU (ICU step-down) or ICU is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education across care transitions.
• Provide contingency staffing support as part of Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
